April 5 - 9

As planed, I worked on creating instructions of more tools available in the ActivInspire. ActivClassroom is amazing ~~~

I also started to set up the website to document and show these instructions. I get more opportunities to practice my skills in Dreamweaver.

March 29 – April 2

This week, I started to create the instruction for the use of ActivClassroom. It contains a ActivBoard, ActivInspire, ActivArena, ActivSlate, ActivExpression and ActivSound. My focus is on the ActivInspire, which is the software support tons of functions in ActivBoard.

I collected a lot of resources available from the Promethean offical website, such as its basic functions, usages, and some examples of flipcharts. However, the majoriy of its functions are explored through my own experiences because one has to pay to watch instructional videos the website has provided. There are only 4 short instructions are free to watch. For the other, like 30 courses, you have to pay $29 to $299 to view different levels of online courses.

By now, I have explored most of the commonly used functions, including: calibration, toolboxes, powertools, resources library and desktop functions.

I've created instructions for: calibration, toolboxes and resources library. The instruction is made by information obtained from Promethean website and screen-shot pictures captured when I used ActivInspire.

Next week, I will finish the instruction of powertools and desktop functions.
